1. Role of the Platform

stokendustriyel.com is an industrial product marketplace operated by T SOURCING TEKNOLOJİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. Products listed on the platform are offered by independent seller companies acting on their own behalf and for their own account.

Our company acts as an intermediary service provider within the scope of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce. Accordingly:

• Sourcing, preparing, shipping and delivering the product is the responsibility of the relevant seller.
• The relevant seller is responsible for the product being free of defects and compliant with the contract and applicable legislation.
• For sales made through our own store, our company acts directly as the seller and all seller obligations set out on this page apply to our company.

2. Delivery

2.1. Delivery Time

Following order confirmation, the product is prepared and dispatched by the seller. Delivery time varies according to stock availability, product dimensions and the delivery address; the estimated period is stated on the product page or in the order confirmation.

Pursuant to the Distance Contracts Regulation, the delivery period may not exceed 30 days from the date the order is placed. If delivery cannot be completed within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract; in such case the amount paid is refunded within 14 days of receipt of the termination notice.

2.2. Shipping, Freight and Insurance

Some industrial products cannot be sent by standard courier due to weight, volume or special handling requirements. For such products, the shipping method and cost are agreed separately between the seller and the buyer prior to the order.

Which party bears the shipping/freight cost is shown on the product page and in the order summary. Unless stated otherwise, shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

2.3. Inspection on Delivery

The buyer is obliged to inspect the packaging and the product upon delivery. If any crushing, tearing, moisture or similar damage is identified, the product must not be accepted and a report must be drawn up with the courier. Claims of transport-related damage may not be assessed for products accepted without such a report.

3. Right of Withdrawal

3.1. Consumer Purchases

Under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, buyers purchasing as consumers (for purposes outside any commercial or professional activity) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

The notice of withdrawal must be submitted in writing within this period to info@stokendustriyel.com or to the relevant seller.

3.2. Commercial and Corporate Purchases

Our platform primarily serves business-to-business (B2B) industrial supply. Purchases made for commercial or professional purposes, i.e. within the scope of a business activity, are not covered by the Law on Consumer Protection and no statutory right of withdrawal applies to such purchases.

For such purchases, return and exchange conditions are subject to the commercial relationship between the seller and the buyer and to any agreement between them. Provisions on defective performance and warranty are reserved.

3.3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products, even in consumer purchases:

• Products manufactured to order, produced to measure or sourced specifically in line with the buyer's requests or personal needs (custom panel manufacturing, cable cut to length, specially configured devices, etc.),
• Products whose packaging, tape, seal or protective wrapping has been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health or hygiene reasons,
• Products which, after delivery, become mixed with other goods and cannot be separated,
• Services performed instantaneously in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer (software licences, digital keys, etc.),
• Products whose price fluctuates with financial market movements outside the seller's control.

4. Return Process

4.1. Condition of the Product

The product to be returned must be unused, untested, complete with its original packaging and all accessories, and must not have lost its resaleable condition. The invoice relating to the product must be included in the return package. For returns with a corporate invoice, the buyer is required to issue a return invoice.

4.2. Steps

1. The return request is submitted to info@stokendustriyel.com or through the seller contact channel on the product page.
2. The request is assessed and, if approved, the return address and shipping details are communicated to you.
3. The product is sent complete to the address provided.
4. Once the product reaches the seller it is inspected; if the conditions are met, the return is processed.

4.3. Refund of the Amount

Where the right of withdrawal has been duly exercised in a consumer purchase, the product price and any delivery costs are refunded using the buyer's original payment method within 14 days at the latest of the withdrawal notice reaching the seller.

Where payment was made by credit card, the time for the refunded amount to appear in the card account after transfer to the bank depends on the bank's processing time and is beyond our company's control.

4.4. Defective Products

If the delivered product is defective, the buyer may exercise one of the following rights: free repair, replacement with a defect-free equivalent, a price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract. For defective products, return shipping costs are borne by the seller. For products under warranty, the conditions set out in the warranty certificate additionally apply.

5. Refund of the Listing Service Fee (For Sellers)

Sellers with a store on the platform are charged a time-limited listing service fee for each product listing they publish. This fee corresponds not to a product sale but to the service of keeping the listing published for a defined period.

• If, after the listing fee has been paid, the listing content is found not to comply with our publication rules and is not published, the amount collected is refunded to the seller.
• If the seller removes the listing at their own request after it has been published, no refund is made for the remaining period.
• The publication period starts when the listing actually goes live, not when the payment is received.
• No refund is made where a listing is removed before its period expires due to a breach of the publication rules.
